He Had No Memory of Why. His Body Did. Here's What the Art of Change Found.

The Art of Change questions led me back to a moment I had completely forgotten.

Two different times at the airport, they'd dropped me at the wrong gate and the plane was about to leave. I had to run. Dragging luggage across the terminal, completely out of shape at that point in my life. Heart pounding. Felt like I was going to die from the sprint alone.

It was not a trauma. I chose to run. Logically it made sense. But my brain recorded the feeling of my heart pounding in that airport environment and stored it. Years later, standing in an airport on the way to Hawaii, it pulled that event and ran it again.

I had no memory I could point to. No understanding of why my body was reacting. Just a full physical response with no explanation.

I cleaned it up using the Art of Change. Went back to the airport. It was gone.

That's the point. Sometimes you are going to have a kinesthetic reaction with no understanding of why. Your brain knows. You don't. And the brain links things you would never believe could be connected. It does not have to be a big dramatic trauma. It does not even have to be your experience. You could watch your mom have an experience, internalize it, and now it becomes yours.

So if you are working on yourself and you know something is there but you cannot find it, here is where to look. What bothers you. What you hate. What you avoid. Your ex-partners. Going home to visit family. Who you cannot stand to think about. That is not about them. That is where your pieces are hiding.

Root Cause Reset starts April 12, 19, 26 and May 3, 2026. Four live Sundays. Three hours each. Lifetime replay access.
