Why Smells Trigger Headaches And How the Brain Compounded It

Someone asked why smells trigger headaches and fatigue.

Here is what is actually happening.

The brain compounds it. Over and over. It backs up. And eventually you do not even need the smell anymore. You just think of it and the headache starts. The reaction is already running before the trigger is even present.

I worked with a woman who had severe chemical sensitivities. She said she could read the ingredients on a jar or a box and taste what she read. They were just words on a label. No smell. No contact. But her brain had been programmed so deeply it no longer needed the actual trigger to fire the reaction.

I call the brain the intelligent idiot. Powerful in one way. Ridiculous in another. Because we are the ones giving meaning to it. We are the ones who created the judgment. Everything inside your mind is you. Your brain captured it, filed it, and now fires it back as if it is happening right now.

The most important time to tap on yourself is right now. The second most important time is you should have but you didn't so do it now. Go back. Remember smelling it. Remember the headache. Tap it out. Then go further back into your past programmings and clean those up too.

Know thyself. Become your own inner janitor. Be the one who cleans up what is inside your head.

If you change the bad stuff it gets harder to feel bad. That is how this works.
