All Memories Are Instructions. Here's What That Means for Your Life.

You learned to bowl by watching someone bowl. You learned math by watching someone teach it. You learned golf by watching people swing.

The abuse training works exactly the same way. You watched it. You internalized it. And now it is in you. That means you will either attract someone who plays that role, become someone who plays that role, or spend your life watching it replay. Cussing at the TV, drawn to the same dynamics, wondering why the same character keeps showing up.

Here is something else worth sitting with. Every memory you hold is an instruction on how to act, how to attract, how to become. Negative or positive, the brain does not judge. It just says "this is how we do it" and replays it.

So the question is: do you like having this character and this programming inside you?

Because if you change them in your head, they do not change. You change. They could be dead and gone. And you are still running their program.

Changing the character inside your mind does not make you stupid. It does not mean you are pretending. It means you stop being trained by someone who is no longer in the room.

And here is what happens after that. If a character like that shows up in your life again, you recognize it. You are not interested. You already know that show and you are done watching it.

Part 3 is coming. This conversation is not finished yet.

The free 5-day course is where I start teaching you how to actually do this.
