What is the problem? Memories and references. Experiences. Ideologies. Connections with anxiety.
If you were raised up in an emotionally exciting world, like trauma, anger, excitement, you were bullied, you were picked on, you were always sick, your brain has discovered this is normal. And it will replicate that normal everywhere you go.
This becomes what you'd call an imprint and an imprinted value. You operate from it. You only see from your tunnel. Everywhere you go, people are out to get you. Everywhere you go, the world's not safe. Everywhere you go, something is gonna get me.
Your brain holds onto this and keeps replicating it through your body. In your choices of relationships. The men, the women, the jobs.
The brain is a great recycler. It keeps us in the loop.
