We had Roni who came to see me in, I think it was 2017. She went to one of my students.

She had 10 years of suffering, 10 years of chronic pain. Before she left to get her sessions, she wrote her suicide note. "If this doesn't work, I'm dead. I'm gonna give up." 10 years of pain. She had a $90,000 implant attached to her spine, the battery in her butt cheek, just to monitor it so she could even get up and walk a little bit.

She left in a wheelchair. She was there for 5 days, and by the 3rd day, she could walk. By the 5th day, she forgot to turn her stimulator on — she was walking all the way downstairs.

Then she comes to Greece. I'd done a seminar there. She volunteers, and we're dealing with the really big emotional traumas.

Roni is a good kid. She wants to have fun. She's a single child. Her mom works all the time, her dad works all the time. She don't wanna work. She wanna sing, she wanna dance, she wanna have fun.

But it's violating the family tradition.

So we're working on some of her emotional stuff in class, and then also she booked a session with me. We're working on big stuff — relationships, issues with dad and mom, everything else in between.

And by Friday — 'cause usually on Friday we go to a meal together and celebrate — she's out there dancing on the dance floor.
