When someone comes at you — blames you, accuses you —
ask yourself that question.

If it's pure horse sh!t — you can just be entertained. And walk away.

Now granted — I'm human. I got sucked in a few times.

Jumped on the horse and went for a ride.
Defended myself. Got angry because I had to defend myself.

But here's the deeper thing.

The narcissistic trait in the other person?
It could be showing you something inside of you.

This trait that we allow in our life —
most likely it resembles someone else in our past.
Maybe your mother.

And then there's what you call the bonding of this.
