But when I say trauma — it's just education.

The first area to clean up?
Your interpersonal relationships with family members.
They play a major role in who we are, how we are, our identity and value system.

The second — school.
School plays a major role in our problems.
How we see ourself. How smart we think we are. Good enough. Not good enough.
What teachers did to us. The pressure.

And then your relationships.
Friendships. Girlfriends. Boyfriends.
Relationships educate you on how to have relationships.

It's not trauma.
It's education.
