Should You Tap Every Time You're Triggered?Someone asked me a really good question.
"Everytime something triggers me, do I have to tap or just try to find the reason why?" Emotional triggers often feel like they come from the present moment. But the brain frequently responds based on references stored from earlier experiences. When an intense reaction occurs, the mind records the moment along with the physical and emotional response. Later, when a similar situation appears, the brain may activate the same program automatically. This is why reactions can appear quickly, even when a person cannot immediately explain the cause. Understanding how patterns, memories, and repetition influence behavior can reveal why certain triggers continue to appear. In Part 2, I share a real experience that demonstrates how the brain stores and later replays these reactions. Watch Part 2 to see how this pattern appeared in a real situation. www.youtube.com/shorts/0w-3PAW4Lxo
