What If Your Pain Is a Memory?
What if your pain isn’t the problem… but the reminder?
Most people don’t realize this:
You can have real pain, real symptoms, real diagnoses —
And still not be “sick.”
Your brain may be producing those sensations to protect you.
A woman came to me with severe TMJ.
Multiple surgeries.
Dozens of doctors.
No answers.
Still hurting.
I asked about her childhood.
Her dad was angry.
He slapped her in the exact place she felt the pain.
The body wasn’t malfunctioning.
It was remembering.
We addressed the memories, the fear, the hurt…
And the pain disappeared.
Because sometimes your symptoms represent a person, a moment, a story your brain never updated.
Get my FREE 5-Day Course if you’re ready to understand what your pain might be protecting you from and how to change it.
