The brain naturally builds patterns using memories and references.
When an interpretation forms early, the mind begins collecting experiences that support that conclusion.
Over time those references become proof, strengthening the emotional program behind the pattern. This is why certain reactions, relationship dynamics, and emotional responses can repeat throughout life.
The brain continues running the same interpretation because it has gathered enough references to support it.
Understanding how these mental programs form is a key step in recognizing and changing repeating patterns.
This video is Part 2 of the series.
If you haven’t seen it yet, start with Part 1 to understand how these patterns begin and why the brain builds them.
