2025. I decided to take a trip, go to Hawaii. And I'm in the Chicago airport and I feel like I'm having a heart attack. I go, "What, what's happening? What's going on?" I get on the plane and I arrive at my destination and go, "What was that?"

I work with thousands of people with panic attacks, and that's exactly what they say. "I feel like I'm having a heart attack." They go to the hospital, there's nothing wrong with my heart.

Consciously, did I know what it was? Had no idea. So I asked myself, did anything bad happen at the airport? Nothing. Then I remembered, two different times, running through the airport, dragging luggage, thinking, "I feel like I'm gonna die." I didn't remember that, but my brain did, and it happened twice.

So I changed those memories, just how they were internalized. Now I'm consciously aware of what's going on inside my body when I fly. Nothing. 100% calm. My body was speaking based on a memory recorded that I had no conscious understanding that I even had.

This is how your body works. This is how your brain works.
