The lights represented something. I didn't know what it was.
The brain was using light as a reference — because it was linked to something.

I start working on her. Tapping process.

All of a sudden — "I have a memory."

"What is the memory?"

"I'm about 7 years old. Lying in bed, sound asleep.
Awakened by someone grabbing my hair and dragging me down the hallway.
As I go down the hallway — I see the light."

I work on that memory. Adjust it so it has no emotional impact.

"Oh, I got another memory."

She was a little girl. They wouldn't let her drink water at night.
She'd sneak to the bathroom. Turn on the faucet. Sneak a drink.
And see the light above her head.

Before all this — she was a realtor.
Taking people to houses.
Some houses she couldn't go into. Because of the negative energy inside.

It wasn't negative energy.
It was light. Linked to trauma.
