When I was 11, I was up at the top of a tree. These boys were at the bottom. My dad pulled in the driveway, the boys walked away, and I ran over to my dad. He beat me with a hammer. Don't make up pictures. True story.
That was an imprint. It impacted my life up until I started changing it. So I started using my process. We call it tapping. Way beyond the EFT style of tapping.
When you recall a memory, you're not recalling the original event. You're recalling your own personal translation. I took dad, the real event, and I put him in my brain. I created my dad based on my perception, projection, emotions, and feelings.
Is it dad? No. It's me and my memory.
