The Truth About Money AffirmationsMost people misunderstand affirmations.
They believe affirmations are positive phrases repeated daily. In reality, affirmations are any repeated internal reference: Thoughts. Images. Emotional responses. If you feel shame when stating your price, that is a kinesthetic affirmation. If you replay memories of losing money, that is a visual affirmation. If you internally say “I can’t keep money,” that is a verbal affirmation. Behavior aligns with stored references. Adding positive words without updating the underlying conditioning produces temporary emotional elevation but not structural change.
