And if you have positive relationship traumas — you're gonna have better relationships. So for the students listening — put this on your peace list. The first area to clean up? Your interpersonal relationships with family members. They play a major role in who we are, how we are, our identity and value system. The second — school. School plays a major role in our problems. How we see ourself. How smart we think we are. Good enough. Not good enough. What teachers did to us. The pressure. And then your relationships. Friendships. Girlfriends. Boyfriends. Relationships educate you on how to have relationships. It's not trauma. It's education.
