Most people reach for food because it's the next best thing to drugs. They try the diets. The pills. Everything. But once they come off — they go back to their own coping mechanism. It's called the prison cell program. We lock you in a prison cell. Feed you sardines and water. One can a day. You'll lose weight. When we open that gate and let you out? You're gonna run to the first McDonald's and buy 6 Happy Meals. If you don't address the memories — that's exactly what people do. It's not the food. It's the inability to deal with their life. The inability to deal with their emotions. Emotional eating patterns that make you eat when you're not hungry. Address the cause. The suffering can end.
