She started attending my trainings in Oklahoma City. Then I got a phone call. "Robert, I can't come to your meetings anymore." "What's wrong?" "I'm sitting in the parking lot and I feel like I'm gonna die. My heart's pounding through my chest. I'm having a panic attack." I said come to my office. I'll do a session. We can clean this up. She booked the appointment. Didn't show up. Booked another one. Same story. She had a lot of traumas. A lot of negative experiences. And her brain was doing exactly what it was built to do — keep her safe.
