You've been trained to survive in it. Now what you wanna do is upgrade. Number one — you gotta heal the pain. You gotta change the memories of what happened. It's the memories that drive you. My spirit is willing but my flesh is weak. That's what Paul said. What he meant — I wanna do good but my programming won't let me. The programming is the controller. Mama did it. Grandma did it. We all do it. You gotta change Grandma inside your head. Inside your head — you can change. It's not what they did. It's how you captured and internalized it. To set you free from the cycle — change the memory that built the cycle.
