Robert Gene Smith has posted a YouTube video:
Your vagus nerve also carries love, joy, peacefulness. 👉 Free Course: https://skillstochange.com/pages/get-started It carries fear and worry too. It's the same wiring both directions, doing its job faithfully every time. The vagus nerve is actually a neutral system. The body sends messages up to the brain. The brain sends messages down through the body. And your brain translates. It gives meaning to what the body sends. So there's nothing wrong with the vagus nerve. It's delivering the mail. You don't shoot the mailman because he got the letter. You don't blame the body or the vagus nerve for what is being communicated. It's that simple.
