And then for lunch break, she goes and jumps in the pool, and hits the bottom, comes up. She said she couldn't swim. She doesn't know how to swim, but she still did anyway. She jumps in, she comes back, and she says she's free. She did it. And then we go to Greece, and I see little Claire holding onto the rocks around the edge. "Claire, you didn't finish this. You're supposed to conquer this. That means go get swimming lessons and overcome this." Luisa also had a horrible fear of swimming. She tapped on it, and she took lessons. And now she swims out there and back and has a great time. Not afraid of anything. Claire can jump in the pool and get back out — but she can't swim yet. Your unconscious will scare you. But when you work on something — every time I do a session, we test it. We wanna make sure it's done. You don't wanna leave anything left. You wanna be the champion of it.
