That's fine. You dealt with it. You tucked it away. Pretended like it's okay. Had a good attitude about it. But when we went back inside to that memory — it was full on 100% real. When we got done — it's not real. "I want you to try to make it upset you. Dig through the details. Look and see if you can find any way." He said, "I can't." Memories are just written on the cells of your brain. They're not the real thing anymore. They're very malleable and adjustable. Once you go to the memory and update the information — re-educate your brain — you cannot go back and feel bad. Neurologically it's different. It's over. 100% over.
