For identity. For protection. For survival. That means you never grew up. No self-direction. No ownership. So you blame your body. Your past. Your partner. The weather. The government. Your DNA. You are what we would call a perpetual victim. Subjected to the world. Living in the lower model. The upper model is different. It's not about guilt. Saying "it's my fault" doesn't unmess you. What I do is introduce you to the real raw mechanics. How it actually works. You do this — you get that. It's mechanical.
