I said, "How did you hurt your arm?" She said, "I was driving, and I went off the side of the road, and I had an accident, and I hurt my arm." Had surgery, et cetera. Still the pain. It was in the right arm. I said, again, the most important question you can ask is, "What was going on in your life during that time period?" She said, "The day of the accident, actually, I was driving away from my boyfriend who just broke up with me." So what I did — I went to the memory of the breakup, how it had made her feel, the rejection about whatever happened. Then I went to the accident, what it felt like in the accident. And then I went to the surgery in her mind, the pain of the surgery. And when I got done, I said, "Hey, let's check your pain. How is your pain?" And she said, "It's not there." Now, why is it that?
