Worry is a wish, an affirmation. And the truth is, it's not getting worse to the brain. Consciously, we say getting worse. But to the unconscious, it's getting better at what it is that you know how to do. I had a woman say, "I'm getting worse at picking partners." I said, "You're not getting worse. You're compounding your great successes." The more you practice something, the better you get at it. And over the years of talking about it, you have built the great program, the great problem. So to dismantle it, you must update it and change it. Now, let me say this as a reminder. Write this down. Worry is a wish, an affirmation. If you're worrying about it, you're imagining it. And your body follows what you imagine. A worry to the brain is a focus, an intention, and a direction. You can also practice becoming the master of your own head. You practice, you watch my stuff, you study the videos, and you actually practice it. Then you're learning to clean up your head. IN THIS VIDEO
